Culinary Chef – Burger Chain Development

Job description / Role

A leading catering company in the Middle East is launching its own burger chain across Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an experienced Culinary Chef with a deep understanding of popular burger restaurant chains to lead the R&D and recipe development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development & Standardization – Perfect, customize, and standardize burger recipes and menu items to ensure top-quality taste and consistency.
- Product Presentation & Cost Optimization – Develop visually appealing dishes while optimizing ingredient costs and efficiency.
- Hands-on Role – Work directly in kitchens, conducting trials, training staff, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Travel Across Saudi Arabia – Support new branch openings, oversee kitchen setups, and refine offerings based on market feedback.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in leading burger restaurant chains.
- Strong knowledge of R&D, menu development, and cost control.
- Willingness to relocate full-time or work on a structured on-off schedule.
- Passion for creating exceptional, high-quality food products.

This is not a management role – we need someone who is ready to get hands-on in the kitchens and bring this exciting new brand to life!
