Employment: Full Time

This role will be responsible for promoting and showcasing Saudi Arabia in Jordan through various programs and initiatives and to increase cross-cultural understanding and exchange.

Description

* Develop and implement a strategic plan for promoting Saudi Arabia's cultural heritage in Jordan.
* Represent KSA in Jordan.
* Identify Partnership opportunities and potential partners.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, cultural organisations, NGO, Government agencies, locally in Jordan to promote cultural exchange and collaboration between Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
* Develop and oversee cultural programs, events, and exhibitions in Jordan.
* Develop communications and PR strategy for the cultural hub to raise awareness in Jordan.
* Collaborate with other departments within the organisation, such as media and communications, to oversee and develop promotional materials and campaigns.
* Media Engagement.
* Develop and manage annual budgets.
* Conduct research and analysis on cultural trends and best practices in Jordan to ensure that the organisation is staying current and relevant in its cultural programming.

Requirements

* Saudi National
* Ability to travel frequently or relocate in the near-future is a must.
* Bachelor's degree in Arts, Culture or International Relations or related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum 8-15 years of experience and experience in a leadership role.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Saudi Arabian culture, history, and arts, as well as Jordan's culture and customs.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Jordanian cultural stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple projects and priorities.
