Customer Account Executive

Our client, a leader in business setup solutions in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a driven Client Account Executive to join their Riyadh team. The role involves managing key client relationships, ensuring top-notch service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate on strategic plans.
- Service Oversight: Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on Saudi market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Reporting: Monitor account performance and present regular reports.
- Client Advocacy: Address client feedback and concerns proactively.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle contract discussions and renewals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,
- Account management with customer service experience.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
