Sales Representatives
LCC Siporex Company specializes in the production of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks and reinforcement materials. Our innovative products provide sustainable building solutions, combining durability with energy efficiency.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our AAC blocks and reinforcement products to construction companies, contractors, and architects. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction sector.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AAC blocks and reinforcement products, including their advantages and applications.
• Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with AAC blocks and reinforcement materials is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Company Car, Sales Commission, Fuel Allowance SR. 900/- PM OR SR. 1500/- for Own Car
