Job description / Role

Looking for Customer Service Assistance for a new and exciting project in a Family Entertainment Center to based in different parts of Saudi. (Riyadh, Anha, Jeddah, Dammam and Hada

Provide information and assistance to customers.

Able to work shifting schedule.

Must have customer service experience.

Can work under pressure.

Achieve quality standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Can handle customer complaints

Salary:
SAR 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply

Preferably Saudi Nationals.

Arabic and English speaker is a MUST

High School graduate/College graduate

Must have customer service experience

21-35 years old
