OVERVIEW
As a Wall Street English Receptionist you are the face of the Center and the first representation of the premium experience that all Students, prospects, and alumni encounter. Receptionists are the heart of Center communications by providing a warm and welcoming environment for Students, visitors and prospects. You will be responsible for managing Student progress by booking their classes and interacting with staff, Students and prospective clients both face-to-face and via telephone. You are part of an education team of Receptionists, Teachers, and Personal Tutors who work with and report to the Service Manager. The service you provide will lead to the strengthening of the Wall Street English brand and stability to the business through Renewals and Referrals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Ensuring each person that walks into the Center is greeted with a warm welcome
- Managing the Reception area, keeping it organized and tidy
- Driving Student progress through proactively booking Student classes, thereby influencing sales and engaging prospects
- Being the ambassador for your Center: engaging Students and motivating them on every occasion, as well as taking care of prospects to help support sales
- Providing information and advice to both Incoming calls and walk-ins
- Managing all bookings and changes in the most efficient way

KEY RESULT AREAS / CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Manage large volumes of people in Reception at peak times
- Work shifts that suit Student needs
- Motivate Students who are behind in their learning goals to commit and recuperate
- Promote an all English environment

Salary:
SAR 4,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements:
- GSE level 60 or CEFR level B2
- Fluent in local language
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment
- Readiness to work a flexible schedule based on Students’ needs
- Well presented

Nice to have:
- Experienced in client/public relations
