Your Role and Responsibilities:

IBM Data and AI helps enterprises transform by embedding information-based insights into every process, decision and action. IBM delivers AI and analytics capabilities that scale and address a wide range of business use cases and industry challenges.

* Responsible for driving revenue through in their assigned brand and channel lead territory covering Saudi.
* Develop trusted relationships at a senior management level in enterprise accounts and develop and maintain their confidence
* Identify leads and pass those leads to partners who will progress and close the deal.
* Qualify opportunities to determine scope and develop proposal solution
* Work in partnership with the broader Sales, Pre-sales, Technical Sellers, Partner Managers and Marketers, to build sales campaigns and incremental pipeline for Data & AI Solutions.
* Successfully present our strategy and solution offerings and proactively communicating with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
* Maintain technical expertise: Knowledge of Data & AI, Hybrid Cloud, Redhat Open-Shift and Microservices


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* Face to face selling via the Channel Sales
* Experience with Enterprise Solution Sales, Brand Sales, Account Management, Territory Planning, hybrid cloud sales and AI sales, and Middleware Sales.
* Drive incremental software license revenue sales through partnerships (influence and partner resell)
* Working with Business Partners and System Integrator
* Build and execute partner plans with all partners
* Coordinate partner enablement (training) with a technical counterpart
* Lead, co-create and drive co-marketing initiatives with partners
* On boarding partners and help partners certify technically and sales.
* Create and lead sales prospecting tactics
* Knowledge of the AI Applications, and hybrid cloud brand
* Sales experience and comfortable with qualifying sales opportunities and prepared to drive opportunities with the partner community
