Master-Works is excited to announce an opening for a data analyst to join our innovative and collaborative team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data to help guide strategic decisions and improve business operations. Your analytical insights will be critical in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources to make informed business recommendations.
• Design and create comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver impactful data solutions.
• Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets.
• Communicate analysis results and insights to management and other stakeholders in an understandable manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous data validation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and apply them where appropriate.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst role or similar.
• Nationality: Saudi.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in statistical analysis and familiarity with data modeling techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
