Responsibilities:

Perform data assessments to evaluate the quality, consistency, and completeness of data assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data management strategies and roadmaps.
Design and implement data governance frameworks, including data policies, standards, and procedures.
Develop data management processes and workflows to ensure data quality and integrity.
Identify data management tools and technologies to support data initiatives.
Implement data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
Define data security and privacy measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Train and educate stakeholders on data management best practices and procedures.
Provide guidance and support in data migration and integration projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data management consultant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Experience in assessing data quality, data governance, and data maturity.
Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment techniques.
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
