Eram Talent is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Program Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing data programs to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. As a Data Program Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights, ultimately contributing to the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and management of data programs aimed at collecting and analyzing vital information.
• Collect and manage data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data sharing and communication.
• Prepare presentations and reports to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or program management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
