Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
- Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
- Conduct research and benchmarking to keep abreast with best practices to be integrated in the development of data registers methodologies
- List quality standards and KPIs for storage and categorization of data sets (i.e., accuracy, completeness, reliability, relevance, and timeliness)
- Gather data and impute missing ones to support in the analysis of parameters for relevant indices identification
- Receive data reports in coordination with concerned The organization functions to support in the development of needed metadata
- Organize and consolidate data registers into categories: population, business, and residential topics, and ensure ability to expand as needed
- Collect needed documents identifying current and historical statuses of categories to support in the definition of structured databases
- List and define needed statistical units and attributes according to several criteria (i.e., legal, accounting or organizational criteria; geographical criteria; and production criteria) and link each data register to an existing data creating identification key for each object type
- Classify objects into applicable forms (i.e., reports) to support in the development and update of set of objects
- Provide data registers to Innovation Lab function as needed in order to support data needs identification and data improvements
- Receive requests from concerned functions and provide information on relevant existing statistical reports
- Collect needed documents and results (i.e., data analysis) to support in the development of periodic quality reports.

Requirements:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a Data Management field
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or equivalent is required.
