Position : Delivery Director

Work Location : Riyadh City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Direct Reports:

• Project Controls
• AVM Delivery/Tech Manager
• AFC Delivery/technical Manager
• Inspection and Test Manager

Job Requirements:
• Create and Maintain a Project Support Office function to ensure the efficient and effective planning, control and execution of the project.
• Design and execute testing processes and procedures which meet the requirements of supplier contracts and of the project more generally.
• Lead the development of a post-Start of Operations service and maintenance function, and as necessary, of operational procedures and processes for post-Start of Operations
• Lead administrative functions within the project
• Manage and oversee all Document Management and System processes and ensure consistent standards.

Requirements

Experience : 20 + Years with significant years of experience in design, planning and development of ITS Projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate Engineering Degree in relevant Technical field: Civil, Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications engineering or Computer Science Engineering. Project management Professional (PMP) and/or key Technical /Task Leadership experience are desirable. Post Graduate qualifications and Membership of relevant Professional and Technical societies is advantageous.

Other Skills:

Effective communication with contractor and sub-contractors, other consultants, field staff, in-house engineering/technical staff, management of client and project stake holder is essential.
