Role expectations

The candidate's knowledge of the pipeline construction field and experience in construction principles and practices is expected to be able to:

• Utilize in-depth engineering and construction knowledge to provide guidance to the project team when preparing tactical plans and study activities.
• Provide direction and project management related to construction to ensure executable plans with optimized budget are delivered to the customer.
• Manage project risks to ensure effective mitigation is in place from the early stage of the project.
• Assess construction methods to ensure they meet customer expectations.
• Manage the development of scope of work for project bid packages with the engineering team.
• Lead the development of EPC bidding packages and coordinate bidding support activities to ensure adherence to customer normal practices and policies.
• Maintain and strengthen client relations.
