Job description / Role
Candidate must be Saudi National or Filipino with Transferable Iqamah
To provide an effective administrative support and to ensure smooth internal functioning of the department by providing necessary planning and coordinative assistance to both Internal and External customer.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or B Sc. In Accountancy degree or its equivalent Knowledge or any related degree.
• 2 years minimum experience, self motivated, able to take initiative and use sound judgment in day to day decision making, punctual and reliable in work attendance, professional, courteous and reliable with outstanding organizational skills, excellent verbal and communication skills, Arabic is a plus, flexible and able to work with others as a team, and can work with minimum supervision.
• Age (Range): 25 to 30
Computer Literacy:
High level of computer literacy particularly in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and familiar with Oracle program environment.
