Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose:
- As part of Line Maintenance, the DEQ Leader will be in charge supervising the team, organize and manage the daily, routine task and also plan the future maintenance.
- Manage the availability of all Depot Equipment to ensure maintenance activities can be carried out safely and timely.
- Reporting directly to the Rolling Stock & Depot Equipment Manager.
- Support the preparation and execution of internally produced documents, procedures, services/ parts and in accordance with customer expectations whilst adhering to the requirements of HSE & AZDP policies.

Accountability:
- Delivery of the daily Depot Equipment requirements.
- Delivery and application of all Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Optimization of Maintenance efficiencies.
- Applying and Maintaining of 5S within the Maintenance Facility
- Organize the working hours according to the need of operation.

Requirements

Educational Background:
- Engineering degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic

Desired Knowledge/ Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 year experience in Depot Equipment Maintenance and Electro-Mechanical knowledge.
- Previous supervision and team leading experience in a Multicultural environment.
- Very good knowledge of railway products and systems.
- Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
- Anticipation and clear reporting.
- Coaching skills able to pass on knowledge and train the team.
