Employment: Full Time

A leading Electromechanical EPC Company in KSA is looking for a qualified and experienced DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

Responsibilities:

• Part of the Executive Management Team, reporting directly to the VP Finance
• Responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the President and Members of the Executive Management Team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
• Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree at an Accredited College or University in Finance and Accounting
• CPA – Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is highly preferred
• Must have minimum 10 years' financial and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization
• Preferably from an Engineering/Construction industry (Power/Energy/Oil & Gas/Water)
• Must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.
• Must have strong personality and leadership skills.
• Open to Saudi nationals ONLY and open to relocate in Riyadh
