Position Title: Deputy Projects Director (BUS NETWORK Facilities/Operations)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and family benefits

Leading large-scale operations and maintenance services company in Saudi Arabia. Facility management providing mechanical, electrical, contracting, etc. across all industries.
Job Description:
• Implement the Project Director instructions and direct all the activities relating to Operations & Maintenance and Soft services of BUS NETWORK Facilities in all aspects
• Plan and coordinate all the activities related to the O&M of all the BUS NETWORK Facilities
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance systems and services day-to-day, emergency, and planned maintenance; administration routines covering the office and sites; planning and control covering physical and financial aspects such as directly employed labor including forecasting maintenance budgets
• Plan and arrange for the technical administrative training for his staff and labor
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Director
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Must be a qualified Engineer (BSc/BE); CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certification is a must
• Minimum of 17 years’ experience; 8 years in management and 5 years in operations and maintenance of related functions equivalent in transportation facilities
• Proficient in CAFM (Computer-aided Facility Management) system
• Strong experience in delivering SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) & KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) via CAFM system
• Must have a valid GCC Driver’s license
• Open to GCC candidates who are willing to move in KSA
