Description
* Prepare Basis of design criteria
* Incorporate design codes and standards to be used
* Identify conflicts with other department criteria and assets
* Record and close out any deviation process
* Prepare and review design approval procedures

Requirements
* Minimum 15 years experience in design and or project design management of education, residential, commercial, utilities and industrial assets.
* Understanding of design - flow, management, procedures, approvals process
* Ability to prepare clear concise design strategies capturing data and requirements from multiple sources
* Experience with Contractor/Consultant PMC in design management
* Strong project management experience
* Agile and hands on managing multiple stakeholders
* Ability to identify and resolve technical requirement conflicts
* Excellent communicator and influencer
* Very strong design discipline understanding of Codes and Standards
* Manage design sub-consultants to design deliverables
