Design Manager - KSA

Our client is a leading international contractor looking for a Design manager to join their well established team based in Riyadh - KSA. You must have fit-out works design coordination experiences for high rise commercial towers or hotels.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have strong fit-out experience in hotels or commercial towers, (preference given to hotels) with at least 15 years within the industry. You must have experience of managing a team as you will lead the design and engineering department. Whilst reporting into the Project Director you will coordinate with all other department managers, engineers and subcontractors for design and engineering issues. Whilst in this role it is essential you have knowledge of design change management (variation orders and extension of time)
