Job Description:
He should have an extensive technical knowledge in detailed design, contract preparation, bid proposal & negotiation, dispute claims analysis and understanding of contractual matters and contractual obligations in construction projects. His extensive experience should be with the companies from the oil industry, industrial, and multi-national commercial companies with various infrastructure projects. Well versed in design standards, codes (American & British Standards) and calculations. He must have knowledge of various computer programs and well-versed in MS Office. Must hold the position of design manager for at least 7 years.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
BS in Civil/Architect Engineering with minimum 15 years experience.
