We are now seeking an exceptional Design Manager - Infrastructure to join our award winning team based within our Jeddah / Makkah site.

This critical role will be responsible for the progress of design development across the project.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Proven ability in leading and managing infrastructure design through all concept, preliminary and final design stages on large mixed-use development projects in coordination with stakeholders and permitting authorities, including roads, water supplies, sewer lines and electrical grids.
• Ensure a high quality service is delivered throughout the project, whilst maintaining minimum standards in accordance with the project management scope of services.
• Advise the client on all matters pertaining to master planning, programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, working drawings, tender documents, tender submittals and evaluation.
• Monitor the executions, administrations and performance of the design development.
• You will be responsible for workshops, progress meetings and design management meetings with the various stakeholders, and will be required to establish the methodology for ensuring the production of complete and approved design, tender and contract documentation.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years career experience with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
