Employment: Full Time

My Client is an international Project Management Consultancy who have recently been awarded a mixed-use mega-project in Riyadh which will comprise residential, commercial, retail and leisure facilities.

They have an urgent vacancy for an Architectural Design Manager who specialises in Leisure and/or hospitality projects, and can demonstrate success on the largest architectural projects both in a Design Office and Project Management environment.

This is one of a number of the company’s live senior vacancies that would be ideally suited to an experienced Saudi national.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Preferably a Saudi national. Expatriates with a current transferable Iqama may also apply
• 10+ Years of experience in Architecture
• Experience in Leisure and/or hospitality projects
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communicator.
• Excellent leader.
• Creative and innovative designer.
