Job description / Role
• Solution architect oversees the end-to-end system and architecture design and ensures high quality software integrated with other systems
• Design and maintenance of IT Architecture - design of the overall solution IT architecture including integration points
• Cooperation with Principle Architect to develop implementation roadmap and plan
• Conducting code reviews and assure quality of the software being produced.
Requirements
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
• Previous experience working as Development lead or Solution Architect working very closely with development team and making architectural decisions
• Experience of implementing best practices for software development ensuring high code quality and adherence to best engineering practices
• Recent hands-on software development experience
• Proven experience in prototyping new technologies and building proof of concepts
• Hands-on experience with implementing Microservices and/or SOA architecture
• Proven experience in designing / implementing architectural best practices and non-functional requirements (latency, performance, security)
• Solid experience working with various programming languages and technologies such as:
• Node.js and Express Framework
• React Native
• Python
• MongoDB
• MySQL
• Postgres
• Some experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience of implementing CI/CD pipelines "
• 4+ years’ experience of software development and hands-on architecture.
