We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to join our team and drive our ambitious projects forward. This role will focus on managing the development of key initiatives, ensuring that our visions translate into reality while adhering to the highest standards of performance and quality.

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to execution and handover. Your expertise will be invaluable in translating strategic goals into actionable plans, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver impressive developments that elevate Qiddiya's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of development projects ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies, market research, and risk assessments to guide decision-making.
• Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Regularly report project statuses to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on performance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, industry standards, and best practices throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in real estate development/project management.
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and local regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
