Job description / Role
• DevOps would be responsible for designing, building and operating IT infrastructure using industry best practices. Someone who is passionate to apply DevOps principles in agile development model.
• Design and write code/script in the relevant programming language.
• Ensure best practices in coding and configuration .
• Design and maintain IT infrastructure for the digital team.
• Design IP networks and operate.
Requirements
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering
• Responsible for designing, building and operating IT infrastructure using industry best practices. Someone who is passionate to apply DevOps principles in agile development model.
• Ideal candidate shall have at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure and operations and 2 years of programming experience in any programming language
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Dockers, Kubernetes, Jenkins (or similar), Ansible or Terraform
• Hands-on experience with virtualisation, PaaS environments (e.g. Pivotal cloud foundary, Openshift )
• IT infrastructure design, build and operations experience and skills
• Good experience with FCAPS ( Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security Management )
• Experience in cloud computing ( public or private )
• IP Network Design
