Job description / Role
Responsible for the provision of the following functions, with additional support from the Managed Services Provider as required:
Service Desk
o Single Point of Contact
o Tickets to be opened through various channels including Web browser, Desktop client, Mobile Application, Email, SMS, Chatbot and Call center (System to be provided by DNEC).
o Incident and Request Lifecycle Management
o Escalate complex matters to next level support
o Contribute FAQ's and Knowledge Article
o Customer Survey Feedback
o Call Quality and Auditing
o Service Desk Training and Improvement Plan
o Provisioning of End User Accounts
o Password Resets
o End User Software Provisioning
o Communication and Alerts
End User On Site Support:
o Second Level Case Handling
o IT Software Provisioning
o End Point Devices Management (Laptops, Desktop, Mobile Phones)
o Employees hire to retire support
o Workplace IMAC (Installation, Moves, Additions and Changes) support
Smart Office:
o UCS (Unified Communication System) / IP Telephony Management
o Multi-Function Printers/Scanners Management
o Digital Signage Management
o Meet Room Booking System Management
