Employment: Full Time

• Take overall responsibility for country or vertical industry data center facility business development, setting goals, developing plans, and implementing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve goals. Activities includes market insight, lead generation, opportunity nurturing, eco partner (consultancy, contractor) development, sales project management, customer relation management, business consulting and solution advising to customer.
• Have a deep insight into local market requirements and trends. Extensive customer relationships in regional markets. Have some market influence. Help customers solve issues and effectively present the competitiveness
• Accurately analyze the market, effectively identify customers, and market opportunities, identify and establish an adequate and balanced list of opportunities and projects, and implement dynamic management.
• Have a deep insight into customer requirements, identify customer pain points at the enterprise strategy and senior management level, develop targeted strategies and solutions, and creatively meet customer requirements with convincing value proposition, and finally close the deal with customer.
• Lead the team to focus on key projects. For strategic customers and projects, build long-term and trustworthy relationships with senior management, guide and participate in project team development and effective implementation of customer and project plans, and be flexible and proactive in handling complex situations and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and implement business negotiation strategies. Ensure the financial health of the business (good balance of sales, operating expenses and profits)
• Influence the decision-making layer, opinion leaders, and experts of industry customers to gain recognition and support from all decision-makers, achieve win-win results, and maximize the business revenue and profit.
