Digital Experience Specialist

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Digital Experience Specialist for our client, a prominent Saudi Arabian real estate and urban development company. The role will enhance the client's online platforms and digital products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of UX/UI design expertise, product development skills, and data-driven decision-making to optimize user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance digital user experiences across web, mobile, and platform-based products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
- Analyse user behaviour, conduct usability testing, and implement improvements that drive engagement.
- Map and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
- Apply Agile methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (Master’s preferred), with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in UX/UI principles, usability testing, and digital product development.
- Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or other digital platform sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital transformation systems and competitive market analysis.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
