Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Required to join an established engineering consultant working on infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

The successful candidate will be tasked with creating Business development and Operations management for Digital Transformation Services & Integration.

This will include:

• Transformation consulting
• Transformation of engineering and project management processes
• Cybersecurity
• Change management support
• Business IS integration
• Project management software (PPM/PMIS)
• Engineering platform (CAD / PLM / BIM)
• Operations & Maintenance management Systems (MES/SCADA/Historian/CMMS)
• Data management
• Industrial data management and valorisation
• Industrial data science
• Data Visualisation and Business Intelligence
• Data integrity and Governance
• Responsibilities include developing relationships with clients and partners in the region, recruiting skilled employees and developing a supply chain to perform the contracts.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy Services
• A Degree in Digital technologies or in Computer Science
• Sales and marketing expertise for major accounts
• Ability to master the last digital methodologies and technologies including open source technologies and artificial intelligence
• Ability to master the Digital Framework and Platforms from main software editors
• Ability to drive a digital transformation roadmap with customers
• Understand customers needs and propose appropriate digital methodologies
