The lead must be able to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. as well as measure and report the performance of all the campaigns, and assess it against goals and strategies set by company. This also includes being able to oversee and manage digital marketing strategies that would help the company reach a broader audience and market.

- Develop the digital marketing strategy by conducting regular environment analysis
- Build social media presence across various platforms
- Develop the digital marketing department from scratch
- Collaborate with relative teams to optimise user experience
- Utilise analytic ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
