Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories to deliver maximum value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Introduce and uphold Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with engineering and delivery teams.
• Coach and support teams in Agile principles, promoting a strong Agile mindset and effective collaboration.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and ensure alignment with product goals and delivery timelines.
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and velocity.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership within the team.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital or Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Experience working with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and digital product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and Agile process improvement.
