Role Summary:

The potential presales candidate will mainly look after the Digital Transformation Strategy and Enterprise Architect for Industrial Mega accounts in MENTA/SSA region such as F&B, Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Mining. In this pre-sales role, the candidate will be responsible to technically map the business outcomes to technology solutions along the sales cycle all the way from Prospecting to Closing the opportunity. This is a technical sales role and requires deep technical/business expertise.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements
- Advanced, functional configuration of Asset Performance Management platform to optimize customer outcomes. (Reliability Engineering, Asset Health and Asset Strategy)
- Designs workflow in software to meet customer needs
- Specialization Areas: Asset Performance Management, Asset Strategy (RCM, FMEA, FMECA)
- Supports the solution design, functional and technical requirements discovery and definition
- Effectively leverage product capability, driving standardization, limiting customization, and maximizing reuse of content developed for previous solutions
- Interact with Product Development Team, Commercial Team, Customers, Solution Providers (Partners / integrator), and other cross-functional teams as required for the solution
- Have an advanced level of manufacturing operation and process despite the industry
- Must have hands on Maintenance and Operation in any of the following industries: O&G, F&B, Steel, Chemicals

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Competency: Technical ability to sell GE Digital Products such as Asset Performance Management (APM), Service Max (SVMAX) and Operation Performance Management (OPM) as well as the ability to custom build and map business needs to a technical solution
- Discipline: Follow Sales Cycle Process, Understands and Follow GE policies and Compliance as well as follow solutions Quality and Inspection to adhere to highest compliance and customer satisfaction
- Soft Skills: Presentation Skills: APM/SVMAX/MES/Predix/Automation/GED, Objection Handling and Ability to elaborate GED competitiveness, Self-Managed, Task-Oriented and active Team Interactions

Desired Characteristics:

- Must be willing to travel 50%
- Multilingual language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Background in consulting or business development
- Knowledge of industrial standards and best practices
- Lead customer workshops to generate value based use cases
- Analyze industrial trends and customer business objectives to deliver relevant trainings and workshops
- Develop a consulting approach to conceptualize, define, drive, and execute engagement and culture change strategies
- Participate in strategy and planning sessions to help solve client issues
- Work with stakeholder, at all levels, to clearly articulate complex concepts and ideas
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced, multi-tasking development environment
- RCM2 Practitioner Certification and CMRP is a plus
- Engineer with experience in areas such as FMEA, RCM, Asset Criticality Assessment
- 10+ years field experience directly in industry with equipment operations, maintenance, and reliability.
- English language fluency

Technical Expertise:

For solution focus, requires deep functional expertise:

- EAM (e.g. SAP/Maximo), CBM, Historian, System1
- Root Cause Analysis, Reliability
- Asset Criticality Assessment
- Asset Maintenance Strategy, RCM/ FMEA / FMECA
