During your tenure as a Director in Customer Strategy & Design you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Customer Strategy & Design Capabilities:
- Assesses how companies should respond to rapidly changing consumer behaviours and the proliferation of multichannel touchpoints
- Reimagines services across multiple touchpoints to create new economic value and meet customer needs
- Defines fit for purpose design and capture technological, experiential requirements to revamp the entire experience, bringing innovative services and platforms to life by mapping the underlying experiential, technological, and operational requirements
- Iterates and learns through rapid prototyping before delivering the product design, along with the business case and the market-entry platform to support a product launch
- - Defines implications of existing operating-models, including roles, org. structures, and operating processes
- - Stays current on emerging technologies and translates digital trends for the client and internal teams; drives innovative solutions based on client's desired functionality
- Deploys insights and methods of working out of areas such as: Digital Strategy, Digital Platforms, Agile, Data Analytics, Blockchain, AI/Robotics and other emerging technologies

General Consulting capabilities :
- Leads projects and provide strategic direction across account(s) to deliver a superior client experience
- Builds deep sector expertise and manages engagements across account(s)
- Leads initiatives to develop and market intellectual capital in area of focus
- Manages and advances relationships with clients beyond immediate engagement needs and serves as a trusted advisor, setting aside personal agenda to strengthen interactions with clients
- Participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process
- Leads teams to design solutions for clients that challenge conventional thinking and deliver on business objectives
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant strategy experience with focus on banking (retail, commercial) with significant experience in digital consulting
- A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: digital banking strategy and build design (greenfield), digital transformation of a traditional bank, customer experience re-design
- Knowledge of Fintech industry and emerging technology trends such as open and digital banking
- Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO levels
- Knowledge of Digital Innovation lifecycle and processes
- Knowledge of Middle East market trends. Middle East experience would be a plus
- Knowledge of designing and defining operating models for digital innovation centers
- Demonstrated experience in customer proposition design for new digital products
- Practical experience with Agile methodology
- Experience managing large, complex projects with 10+ resources within a consulting environment
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization e.g. MBA
