Real Estate Asset & Facilities Management Programme Leader (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for a seasoned Facilities & Asset Management professional to work closely with a government department to set a modernization strategy with regards to the clients Real Estate Portfolio.

Candidates must:

- Come from an IFM background.
- Have led major facilities management upgrading and modernisation projects.
- Have a grasp of new technologies.
- 15 years experience in Facilities & Asset Management
- Have a degree.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Willing to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Wide international network in Real Estate Facilities & Asset Management.

Requirements

- This position is with an international Real Estate & Project Management advisory firm. 
- You will be working directly with the client, planning, designing and implementing the modernisation strategy for the next 10 years and beyond.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential for this position.
- Season Facilities and Asset Management Professional 15 years minimum experience.
