Director of Facilities - IFM

Job description / Role

Our client is leading hospitality and service provider in KSA, and currently seeking an IFM Director. The role is based in the Jeddah, KSA

Integrated Facilities Management Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing a large-scale project for our client in the aviation sector. You will be responsible for managing both soft and hard services within the facility, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the facilities management team, including both soft and hard services personnel including all Operations and Maintenance functions
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facility performance and efficiency and energy management and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices (i.e. SFG20, BICSc. ASHRAE, etc.)
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of facility management services to ensure compliance with client’s SLA.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for the project as per the provided budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience 10+ years in facilities management, particularly in large-scale projects
- Proficiency in budget management, project planning, and performance monitoring.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IWFM, CIBSE) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for work across multiple locations as needed.
