Director of Master Planning - Urban Development

Job description / Role

Our client, a master developer in Saudi Arabia, is searching for a Master Planning Director to manage different masterplans, following guidance from executive director. They will conduct different technical teams composed by internal and external team members.

- You will be working on a mixed-used giga project, working from site offices.

Requirements

- Must have a track record of delivering large scale masterplan / urban regeneration projects.
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Urban Planning or Engineering
- Previously worked for other Developers in the GCC.
- Must have lots of energy, drive and is ready to commit to the project.
