Job Title

Job Purpose
* To work corporately with the other Directors to determine and deliver the organization's strategic plans, manage performance and ensure good governance
* To organize and oversee all nursing and therapies operations at the Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH), provide management and professional leadership to the senior nursing and therapies staff and to:
- Act as lead director for infection prevention and control.
- Lead the Board's legal and regulatory duties of clinical governance, in conjunction with the Medical Director
- Lead patient/service user and family experience and involvement across the LTCH
- Provide nursing advice to the Board
- Lead on child and adult safeguarding

Requirements

Qualifications
* A graduate-qualified, professional nurse, licensed in his/her country of origin
* Masters degree in business administration, management or related discipline

Experience
* Demonstrable track record of success in nursing and therapies leadership, gained ideally at Board level
* Track record of working credibly and effectively as part of a corporate leadership team and with other internal stakeholders
