To build, operate and lead the procurement function and ensure a cost effective process is followed across both, corporate and technical procurement.

Description

In addition to the developing the policies, procedures and manual for the department, the key areas of focus for this role include:

* Strategy development and planning
* People Management
* Budgeting and Financial Performance
* Policy, Processes and Procedure development
* Contract Management
* Vendor Relationship & Internal Stakeholder Management

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Law, or any other related field.
* Any professional certification in related areas is an advantage.
* 10 years of relevant experience in Procurement including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
* Arabic speaker is mandatory
