Lead the Real Estate Investments and Feasibility for one of the largest mega projects in the region.

Description

* Feasibilities and financial models review and risk highlighting
* Providing feasibility inputs to Development team from Asset Management perspective
* Review of 3rd party investment proposals
* Service charge modelling
* Support in the preparation/update of business plan, including coordinating and procuring all related information from the operating assets' team
* Adhoc financial analysis

* Knowledge of zakat & Taxation

* Effective Communication and Human Relations skills. Hands on in Executive reporting and presentations
* Critical Thinking and Analysis
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or other closely related field.
* Chartered Accountant, ICAEW, Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
* Total experience of 12-15 years including 5 years (must) relevant strategic financial management experience in Real estate sector.
