Division Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility Planning

The Division Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Planning plays a critical role in ensuring commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. This position exists to strategize, plan, and implement CSR initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability, and promoting client's image as a responsible corporate entity.

Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate social responsibility planning or related fields.
- Experience in managing CSR initiatives within the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable.
- Previous managerial experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility).
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Corporate Social Responsibility or Sustainability is advantageous.
