Job description / Role

Our client is global organisation, who is a leading designer and manufacturer of tourism and hospitality. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their ever-growing business to support the successful completing of assigned projects.

• In this role, you will collaborate with project managers on large-scale initiatives, utilizing your organisational and documentation skills throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and update project documentation in both manual and electronic formats.
• Prepare health and safety documentation for each project and monitor deliverables.
• Participate in internal meetings with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Complete Non-Conformance Reports for any products not meeting quality standards, collaborating with field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff during the installation phase by confirming material orders, delivery schedules, and addressing items identified by site Foremen or Technical Advisors.

• Be a Saudi National based in Riyadh.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 15%) to project sites in the Middle East region.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator, or Document Controller.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Oracle Aconex system is ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to shift priorities effectively.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
