Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Saudi document controller/administrator to support the team in our Madinah office.

The successful candidate will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
- Establishing master copy storage and database for all documentation
- Logging and filing communications, updating drawing and document status records and generating reports
- Tracking and coordinating staff leave schedules
- Examining project-specific documents, including drawings and specifications to verify information provided by consultants
- Ensuring timely and accurate update of all sources of information
- Ensuring incoming calls are handled professionally and transferred appropriately, relaying all messages to relevant parties promptly
- Logging all deliveries to the office, ensuring all incoming documents are logged and distributed to the appropriate employees
- Managing the diary for meeting rooms, keeping it up to date as well as arranging hotel/flight bookings for new employees/visiting employees in conjunction with HR team requirements
- Assisting centralised HR team with administering visa and other HR-related paperwork
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as required by the line manager

Requirements

- Educated to degree or diploma level
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Document control and administration experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Confident formatting documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Must be a Saudi national
