Job description / Role
Responsibilities
• Keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts, and drawings;
• Creating reports for construction managers and keeping documentation safe and backed up;
• And performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates.
• Other duties and responsibilities of a document controller include printing out and distributing project documents to managers, vendors, and team members;
• Converting paper documents to an electronic format;
• Keeping files organized by project.

• Aconex Experience
• 5 years Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
• Familiarity with project management
• BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
