Employment: Full Time

CHANGE & SOLUTIONS DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

• The ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across all the related stakeholders.
• Ability to liaise effectively with business and technical communities
• Full responsibility for end-to-end delivery in respective area of functions
• Managing and delivering the work output of the group/function within identified timelines with expected quality.
• Coordinating and prioritizing resources across CR’s\Projects.
• Managing CRs/Projects defects and tasks on daily basis with the respective teams to ensure that it's resolved and closed on timely manner to avoid any impacts on delivery plan and time to market date.
• Facilitating sign-off and delivery of CR’s\Projects into production.
• Ability to collecting, filtering and prioritizing business requests and needs.
• Ability to identify potential value areas wherever possible with key stakeholders.
• Ability to build highly valued, influencing relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensuring projects and CR’s adherence to SDLC policies and procedures during the delivery processes.
• Preparing and manage the delivery quarterly reports to top management which highlights the CR and projects closure.
• Maintain a close coordination with the Release Manager and Business owners for the CR’s\Projects that have to be released to production on weekly basis.
• Managing the rectification of the rejected CRs from the different phases back to track. Also proactively putting plans to mitigate any potential CR failure in the future.
• Managing and controlling the on-going open tasks on daily basis e.g. development, design, testing, etc.
• Ability to perform advanced CRs analysis to investigate issues, identify potential business CRs demand, for the sake of improving performance and increase efficiency.
• Working closely with Business Managers to manage demand and supply.
• Ability to build and maintain CR delivery plans on quarterly basis.
• Impose high quality measures on all CR/Projects deliverables.

DIVISIONAL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT “DPM”

• The ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across all the related stakeholders.
• Ability to liaise effectively with business and technical communities.
• Managing and controlling projects within the approved budgets and timeframe.
• Building and managing project plans as per the SDLC.
• The ability to managing all divisional related initiatives and ensuring end to end delivery.
• Capable of reviewing / provide recommendations of projects/CRs.
• The ability to ensure successful completion and implementation of plans
• Able to work closely with PM’s to ensure the timely delivery of Projects/CRs
• Capable of constantly checking and improving (if required) the SDLC processes by Suggesting the new improvements.
• Ability to providing guidance/motivation to other team leaders/project managers for the sake of achieving better performance.
• Ensuring the projects and CR’s adherence to Bank’s SDLC policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the existence of approvals for documentation reviews as mandated by the Bank’s SDLC.
• Identifying initiatives risks/issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolving risks/issues in a timely manner, hence, ensuring all project related risks and issues are being resolved and closed in timely manner.
• Reporting the progress of projects/CRs with presentations and status Reports as necessary.
• Supporting section heads with their CRs if required
• Impose high quality measures on all CR/Projects deliverables.
• Flexible to work on ad hoc assignments and miscellaneous duties as required by superiors and/or head of EPMO & all related parties.

OUTCOMES

• The delivery of projects and CRs in timely and efficient manner (time-to-market) in a full accordance and adherence with the Bank’s SDLC processes and KPIs.

DELIVERABLES

• Delivery Status Reports (Monthly for projects and quarterly for CRs).
• Defects and tasks status reports (on daily basis).
• All PMO SDLC Documents (e.g. business case, PCD, UVD, BRS, RFP, etc.)
• Portfolio Progress Report
• Project Charters and Plans.
• Project Risk Assessment.
• Delivery Management plans e.g. CRs quarterly plans.

• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly delivered changes
