Courier
FUNCTION OPERATIONS
SUB-FUNCTION ROAD NETWORK, GROUND OPERATIONS
REPORTS TO Can report to Manager or above

TYPE DESCRIPTION Courier: Involves providing courier services directly to customers on a daily basis including driving, customer service and completing any related administration or paperwork.
JOB SPECIFIC On Road, On road (Ground Ops), Customer Service, Domestic Delivery, Domestic Pick-up
RESPONSIBILITIES International Delivery, International Pick-up
OTHER DUTIES May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
GEOGRAPHIC REMIT Can be up to Activities at sub-regional level
VENDOR Works Alongside Vendors

PROCESS Follows predefined procedures or processes
RESPONSIBILITY
• INTERNAL CONTACTS Regular interaction with First Line Management. Occasional interaction with Senior Management.
• EXTERNAL CONTACTS Regular interaction with External Customers. Occasional interaction with Suppliers and Vendors.
• EXPERIENCE Some (1-3 years)
• SKILLS Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team Working Skills
• QUALIFICATIONS / Language: Proficiency in English, License: to Drive a Motorbike, License: to Drive a Light Goods
• LICENCE(S) Vehicle (LGV), License: to Drive a Medium Goods Vehicles (MGV), License: to Drive a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV)
• POSITION All levels in the job family require the eMPR process to be completed.
