Employment: Full Time

The Role:

Act as support and the link between the regional logistics team and regional final mile provider. Develop processes and procedures to support and facilitate ecommerce growth across a region. Accountable for the overall final mile delivery performance within region.

The Responsibilities:

* Work within a market and with internal and external contacts to ensure ecommerce volume is planned and promotion activity is clearly defined within a given market.
* Always consider the customer in the delivery proposition
* Drive performance by removing obstacles, improving processes, and recommend solutions.
* Provide accurate reports and support to internal and external contacts.
* Supports all controllable costs and manage all budgets, making recommendations for costs structures for new budgets
* Support and Develop the creation of ecommerce logistics policy and procedures

Requirements

Qualification and requirement:

* Supply Chain Management
* Ecommerce Operations
* Relationship Management
* Graduate qualification in logistics desirable
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a Senior Logistics position
