Wood Saudi Arabia, AL Khobar City is recruiting a Subsea Pipeline Designer / TPE VI to contribute to the technical delivery of designing excellence through executing assigned scopes of work in the offshore/subsea pipeline department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Subsea Pipeline Designer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, quality assurance and issuance to client as a minimum following deliverables:
- Pipeline, Flowline, Power Cable & Umbilical Routings and and issue for Marine Approval.
- Overall Layout, Field Maps, Field Layout drawings.
- Spool and PLEM, X-Mass Tree Well Approach Location Drawing, Platform Approach Drawing
- Pipeline Spool General Arrangement and Isometric Drawings,
- Flexible &Umbilical Riser Section & GA,
- Alignment Sheet Drawing for Pipeline, Flowline, Power Cable & Umbilical
- Subsea Crossing Detail Drawing, Anode Drawing, Field Joint Coating drawings,
- Pipeline/Cable Protection Detail Drawings
- Trenching and Dredging Detail Drawings, Platform Approach and Departure Drawings
- Riser assembly, Riser Location, Clamp Location, J-Tube location drawings
- Support 3D model
- Piping PLEM, & SSIV, Schematic & Interface Drawing, and etc.
- Tie-in spools and details
- Piping Top Side, Isometric Topside, Manifold Piping and Isometric and Section, Pipe Spool Isometric, Riser Isometric,
- Material Take Off
- Prepare all or applicable deliverables from above list for Conceptual Studies, FEED, Detailed Engineering and Construction Support.
- Experience in multi-tasking, managing many projects, organizing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in addressing a wide variety of queries to satisfactory resolution.
- Supervise and monitor design activities by the design team ensuring quality
- Propose innovative solutions for optimization, improvement and value addition
- Provide advice and guidance on drawings, specifications to the team and fresh employees
- Plan and implement programs to improve efficiency, quality and alignment in design team.
- Possess in-depth Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards, specifications and Drawings
- Participate in Design Engineering reviews.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a valid bachelor's degree or a Diploma (Civil or Mechanical)
- Minimum 15 years' experience with minimum 8 years of direct offshore pipeline and subsea design experience.
- Well versed with International and client standards, specifications and Drawings.
- Competent in design activities including drawings preparation, checking, squad checking and drawings issuance to client as per their requirements.
- Competent in using design software and
- Must be proficient in at least latest versions of following software
- Microstation AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Soft Desk R14, AutoCAD Map, GPS & Trimmap System, Regis Draftsman, SolidWork, Automatic Alignment Sheet.
- Converter Software Geographic System, Google Map & Earth, Global Mapper, Impress, Google Sketch Up.
- Possess good English verbal and written communication skills.
- A good team player. Self-motivated with a drive for results, improvement, and innovation.
