WSP is looking for an EDMS Manager (Electronic Document Management System Manager) to join a major project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the EDMS, ensuring the smooth flow of information, adherence to document management protocols, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, project management, and team leadership.

Your new role, what's involved?

* Lead the Document Control Team and document control operations.
* Administer and maintain the EDMS, including user access controls, system configurations, and security protocols.
* Prepare DC reports, dashboards templates, and formulate Excel sheets.
* Ensure the integrity, availability, and reliability of electronic documents stored within the EDMS.
* Develop and implement document management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Establish and maintain document control processes, including document creation, revision, approval, and archiving.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define document workflows and implement efficient processes for document review and approval.
* Monitor and track document lifecycle stages, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to predefined workflows.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to document management.
* Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documents within the EDMS.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to document management systems.
* Provide training and guidance to users on EDMS functionalities, document management processes, and best practices.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for user inquiries, issues, and support requests related to the EDMS.
* Develop and deliver user documentation, training materials, and FAQs to facilitate user adoption and self-service.
* Lead or contribute to EDMS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other business applications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate project tasks, manage resources, and ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience working with Project Management Consultants
* EDMS Implementation experience
* EDMS User Management experience
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Prior experience with Aconex, PMWeb, Share Point, Primavera, ProjectWise or other document control software and MS Word and Excel
