Electrical Engineer - Facility Management

Guildhall is working with one of the of the regions most iconic developments to assist in the staffing of their facility management staff. This position will be based with the FM provider to provide support to their Electrical engineering team.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Sustaining electrical engineering support at the facility.
- Act as the project owner of the site's electrical distribution system.
- Modeling the electrical power system and track changes.
- Troubleshooting electrical system problems.
- Conducting breaker coordination and arc flash studies.
- Systematic problem solving.
- Providing electrical load and capacity data.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

In order to be shortlisted for an interview, applicants should have the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in facility management
- LEED Green Associate training/certificate
- Solar PV design
- BMS system management
