Job description / Role
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of all the electrical and Electronics instruments. Production line equipment, Related to de-palletizer ,palletizer, Rinser, labeler machine, Filler, conveyor system, try packaging units, film shrink wrapping, blow molding for PET bottles, Video jet high-speed coder, speed controllers, temperature , Sensor, transmitters proximity switches, hot melt materials Applicators, high and low pressure Compressor.
• Setting up frequency to drive for motors
• Trouble shooting of PLC. Controls siemens, ALLENBRANDLY AND ABB PROCONTIC ETC…
• Startup machines and prepare for operation
• Implement required maintenance activities in accordance with settled programs
• Continuous presence of the tech. In the production lines.
• Follow the industrial safety instructions
• Receive and issue required spare parts from the Storekeeper.
• Maintain good housekeeping procedure
• Must be have knowledge in Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
• Must be have knowledge in industrial wiring installation and diagram and control circuits.
• Must be flexible, team working, and Perform Good quality of work, job knowledge, and also Good Communication skill, safety and time Keeping, house keeping.
• Technician should able to take decision some critical Situation.
Requirements
Must be graduate in electronic and Electrical technical institute or equivalent.+ Vocational course in Industrial Electrical or trade certificate equivalent will Be sufficient
